  • Google Meet Link Creation: A Google Meet session link is automatically created when your therapists create an appointment
  • Google APIs Used: Google Meet API (meetings.space.created scope)
  • Data Collected: Google account information (email, profile), tokens required only to create Meet links
  • Data Storage: Google tokens are used only to create Meet links and are stored securely
  • Data Sharing: Your Google data is not shared with any third parties
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your Google connection at any time from your account settings

This integration is entirely optional, and therapists can use the platform without connecting a Google account.
