What is Zoom Integration?

The Terapi365 platform integrates with Zoom to organize secure video therapy sessions. Thanks to this integration, therapists can create, manage, and conduct secure video sessions with their clients directly through the platform.

Adding the Application

1Access Integration Settings

  1. 1. Log in to the Terapi365 therapist panel.
  2. 2. Go to Dashboard → Calendar Settings menu.
  3. 3. Click on the "Integrations" tab.
  4. 4. Find the Zoom section.

2Connect Your Zoom Account

  1. 1. Click the "Connect Zoom Account" button.
  2. 2. You will be redirected to the Zoom authorization page.
  3. 3. Log in to your Zoom account (if necessary)
  4. 4. Approve the requested permissions:
    • • Creating and managing meetings
    • • View user information
    • • Access to meeting settings
  5. 5. Click the "Allow" button.

Usage

📅 Creating a Zoom Meeting Appointment

  1. 1. Dashboard → Calendar page.
  2. 2. Click the "New Appointment" button.
  3. 3. Select "Online" as the Meeting Type.
  4. 4. Click the Create Zoom Link button.
  5. 5. Fill in the appointment details and click "Create"
  6. 6. The Zoom meeting link is automatically generated and sent to the client.

Remove Application

1Disconnect from Terapi365

  1. 1. Log in to the Terapi365 panel.
  2. 2. Dashboard → Calendar Settings → Integrations page.
  3. 3. Find the Zoom integration section.
  4. 4. Click the "Disconnect Zoom" button.
  5. 5. When you confirm the operation, the connection will be terminated.

2If You Also Want to Remove from Zoom Account

  1. 1. zoom.us Log in to your account at zoom.us
  2. 2. Go to Settings → Advanced → App Marketplace section.
  3. 3. Click on "Manage" → "Installed Applications".
  4. 4. Find the "Terapi365" application in the list.
  5. 5. Click the "Remove" button and confirm the action.

What Happens to Your Data?

Deleted Data:

  • ✓ Zoom access keys are deleted immediately
  • ✓ All integration information is removed
  • ✓ API connection is completely terminated

Protected Data:

  • • Past appointment records are preserved.
  • • Client information is not affected
  • • Records remain in your Zoom account.
  • • You can reconnect at any time.

🔒 Our Privacy Commitment: All Zoom access keys are immediately deleted once the connection is terminated. No meeting recordings are stored on Terapi365 servers. GDPR and KVKK compliant data deletion procedures are applied.
