These Terms of Use ("Terms") set forth the provisions regarding your use of the digital platform named Terapi365 (including the website, applications, and all associated services) developed by a Canada-based company ("we", "our", "company"). By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

Terapi365 is a platform where therapists can manage their clients, sessions, notes, appointments, calendars, and various assessment tools in a digital environment.

2. Terms of Use

Terapi365 can only be used by professional therapists and mental health experts.
You guarantee that the information you provide during registration is accurate, up-to-date and belongs to you.
You are responsible for the confidentiality and protection of your account information.
The user is responsible for all client data entered into the system and legal responsibilities.
Your account may be suspended or terminated if you misuse the service, violate the privacy of others, or engage in illegal activities.

3. Membership and Pricing

Terapi365 offers different subscription plans after the free trial period.
When switching to paid plans, the subscription fee is charged monthly or annually.
Subscription cancellation must be made before the renewal period; otherwise, the service will automatically renew.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphic designs and brands of this platform belong to Terapi365.
No content may be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without permission.

5. Client Data and Responsibility

As a user, all client information you enter into the system belongs to you.
Terapi365 does not directly access, edit or share this information.
The legal compliance, storage, deletion and security of client data is the therapist's responsibility.
Our platform complies with GDPR and related international data protection principles.

6. Limited Liability

Terapi365 cannot be held responsible for data loss or service disruptions that may arise from technical issues on servers, maintenance updates, or third-party service interruptions.
However, we do our best to provide support to our users in case of any technical disruptions.

7. User Accounts and Username Policy

When creating an account on Terapi365, each user is assigned a Username. This Name represents the user's digital identity within the system. Users are prohibited from using usernames that are:
Not real,
Belonging to others,
Bad, insulting or contrary to company policies.
Terapi365 reserves the right to create or approve web profiles if it detects such situations. Accounts created with inappropriate Usernames may not be approved or may be restricted. The user acknowledges that they do not have the right to object in such cases and that Terapi365's decision is final.

8. Changes

Terapi365 reserves the right to update the terms of use at any time. The updated terms become effective as soon as they are published on the site. It is recommended that users regularly follow these updates.

9. Conflict Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first seek resolution through reconciliation. The Courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada, shall have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes.
